Jess was very responsive .....we had a kitchen issue (sink and stove top) to be taken care of. He wasn't sure he could make it the day we called as he had other appointments -but he called an hour later and said he could be there in 10 minutes! It was a 5 hr job and we were very appreciative of the quick turnaround time. Very professional and awesome to work with.
