I had a great experience working with Jonathan at Douglas! Initially, I brought in some old, gold jewelry to sell, and I felt they were very fair with their offer. I left it as a credit at the store for a future purchase. When I returned to have a repair done, as well as order a piece of jewelry, they were very helpful in working with me and offering suggestions. Very pleased with my whole experience, start to finish!

The Owatonna store is friendly and welcoming. The business is family owned and has a bin of toys to keep your little ones occupied while you shop. My husband and I have had nothing but exceptional service. The owner was able to find rare parts to a sentimental watch for us that were very difficult to find. The store now has a discount section for those shoppers that want to purchase a piece but have limited means. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and customer service in a time when it is very difficult to find.
