We could not have been more pleased with the experience working with Alan to select a product and complete the job. The work was undertaken much quicker than was anticipated with Alan available and accessible throughout to make sure no detail was overlooked. His crew was very professional and courteous. The look of a metal roof makes a striking difference on our lake home. We followed his recommendation to contact our insurance company to receive an added benefit of a reduced insurance premium. While talking about our siding and window project, I started feeling comfortable that I may have found the right contractor when Alan assured me that he probably had the best siders in the city. We desperately needed a new, more updated look for our early 70s style home. Alan helped us with that, and when the siding installers came to start, they had great suggestions as well. The project turned out WONDERFUL! My wife and I were very happy with every aspect of the job - communication, cost, final clean-up, and most of all craftsmanship! Alan was right. He DOES have the best siding and window installers. Since doing our home, they have done my daughter's (see her review below) and my niece's homes with the same great results. I would highly recommend A M Burney for your home project." When we bought the house, the original siding was in such poor condition that it barely passed inspection. It had many holes, a woodpecker pecking away at it, and the color was faded and dingy. Then Alan and his team came along! As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of education and assistance to decide what kind of siding and windows to install. Alan took the time to break it down and explain every detail when needed. The siders and window installers did such a clean, incredible job! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a job well cone on our house. Kudos! I must commend you on a couple of things - you took the time to answer all of my questions (which as we both know I asked a TON of questions), addressed my concerns, followed up and communicated with us every step throughout the project. I also appreciate you communicating with the neighbors to let them know that there was going to be work done on the house and that you would ensure that everything was cleaned up when the work was done. Our roof looks amazing. We are very happy with the way it turned out. Not only did your team do an excellent job with the installation of the new decking, shingles, drip edge, and ridge vent; they did an AMAZING job wit the daily clean-up. We were very impressed. We are very happy with the drip edge installed - it really improved the appearance of our "wavy" fascia; which as you know was a concern of ours from the beginning. The gentleman on yoru team who installed our gutters did an excellent job. He listened to our concerns about water flow off the house and how we would ideally like the gutters set up. He set up the gutters exactly how we tried to explain it to him. They look fantastic and now after a couple of heavy rainfalls - we know they work fantastic as well. He also did a great job repairing the couple of squirrel holes we had in facia as well. Hopefully those pesky critters move on down the road (and never ever come back) Lastly, thank you so much for putting in tow long days staining our fence. We couldn't be happier with the results. The stain/color recommendations that you made are perfect and really created a wow factor for our new fence. Alan, thank you, thank you, thank you! Your dedication to amazing customer service, attention to detail and surrounding yourself with the best team has truly impressed me! I would definitely use you again for any exterior projects we have in the future.
