        The tow company charged me when I was covered. Insurance was going to pay them directly. All the guy wanted was to make a quick $ for a winch out a few miles away from the tow yard. I'm absolutely livid because the tow guy took the money away from me that was suppose to be food in my kids mouths, my gas to get to work, my gas to get to my daughters volleyball tournament this weekend, etc. I have $28 leftover to get me through next week until pay day Thursday... I need my money refunded NOW!
