We built our house and they did our all our cabinets. These are very high quality and all look amazing. Since the original build, I have needed additional wood, trim pieces, cabinets to finish our basement bar and bathroom, as well as theater room cabinets and framing. Every time I have dealt with them they have been great to work with. I'm sure Heidi is sick of me and all my weird requests, but she is always patient and the absolute best to work with. I would highly recommend them for any of your woodwork needs!

I made initial contact with them on 05/25, they responded right away on 05/26 I was asked for my address since they were my builders vendor and I wanted cabinets to match what I already had. I sent my address right away and didnt hear anything for two weeks so I called again (I get it, its a busy time Im patient) I let her know that Im inquiring on an estimate and Id like everything to match she found my original cabinets and said she would have an estimate the following day (06/10) they never showed. Again Im patient and know the summer is their busy time. I told her no biggie, shes busy (meaning within the week or two) I had now gotten an estimate with a competitor (email) and a follow up call within two hours. I followed up again on 07/16 and was told I would have the price the next day. Here we are on 08/05/2020 with no estimate and Im going with the competitor (whos probable more expensive and I dont care) because Ive waited nearly two and a half months. If I had this response rate at work I would be unemployed.
