        Yes..I actually enjoyed going to physical therapy for my ankle and knee! Ryan was a fabulous positive person to help me with my therapy and to learn new exercises. He is patient and kind and very knowledgeable. Gilbert/front desk receptionist was always helpful with my schedule and made me smile with his jokes. Nova Care in Vadnais Heights is a fantastic clinic!

        Amazing. Could barely move when I came in, 5 weeks later no pain, moving normally, doing all activities. Feels like a miracle. This is my third time coming to see Don Darling over the years and he's always cured me.

        Gilbert and Ryan at Novacare are friendly and both have been a great help working with my schedule. Ryan was my Physical Therapist and has helped me the last couple of months to strengthen and decrease the pain on my ankle and lower back. I am feeling a lot better than when I first started. He gave me a lot of tips and exercises to use at home. Thank you, Ryan for your excellent service!
