The front desk people we not very friendly. The nurse I had was sub-par and didn't take my temperature even though having a fever was one of my symptoms and something I thought they always checked? The doc, Ali, took forever to get to the point when all I really needed was a blood test to check for mono. The lab staff were friendly and great though! Ending with them turned my day around. However, I would take waiting an hour at the urgent care in east ridge over making an appointment at north ridge.

The worst clinic I have ever worked at. Advice to Management - Not their fault. Only CEO, Board and high execs can effect these kinds of changes but dont hold ur breath. - Listen to lower employees about making changes before just coming in and making changes assuming that it will work out. Perhaps take a walk in our shoes for a day or two to see how "effective" changes are before assuming it they should work. - Detached management. Just felt so impersonal, and often unable to adequately address patient concerns. - More concerned about policy's and procedures than care - My only words to management here are what comes around always goes around.
