        The Birchway Apartments have done a good job at renovating their apartments for buildings this age, with a lot of thought put into them. We're very happy with how our new home looks and feels. Our only negative was that the application process took a full 7 days which delayed moving in from out of state and was inconvenient. If they could speed up that process it would work in their favor, and for their new residents.
