SOS Drain & Sewer Cleaning Services

Our experience with S.O.S. was A+/outstanding! The receptionist/ scheduler, Cody, went out of her way to make room on their full schedule for a service tech to come out the very day of my call to clear a stopped up drain line. The tech, Jordan, showed up on time, was totally professional, efficient and thorough in clearing out a drain line from the kitchen with was blocked with food waste gunk. He answered all my questions respectfully, double-checked the effectiveness of his work and cleaned up the area perfectly. Also, the pricing was very fair for this work in this market. I will make S.O.S. our family's first call for drain service in the years ahead.

I was referred to this place by drain busters after drain busters was not able to help me with an emergency plumbing issue. What a nightmare. My toilet was overflowing and leaking water into my basement, somehow they didn’t think this was an emergency and said “ ma’am we can’t just come out because you want us to, we have other places we service beside you” they also suggested I shut off my water but never offered to tell me how to do that or suggested another company for me to work with. I then get repeated calls from another SOS rep, I was frustrated and raised my voice when telling him what happened with the first rep. He told me, hey I’m just trying to help you, I apologized, but then he went to say “we can’t just come out to your beck and call”. I later called back saying I wanted to have a supervisor call me.... then I received THIS... along with other calls pretending to be drain busters. How unprofessional can you get?!

I received prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service from this company. Technicians Nick, and Jordan provided exemplary work and succeeded where others had failed.

Unprofessional. The two employees were able to clear the main line, but wouldn’t lift their equipment up off the floor (despite my insistence that they do so) and damaged the steps to my entryway. After they left, I discovered they did not screw the main line access cover on all the way, so I had another leak to clean up. I cannot recommend their services—there are much better options out there.
