Look at these reviews Mediacom. Take the hint.
Mediacom has a monopoly going on here on the Mound Minnetrista area as there is little to no competition in the area. So their Customers satisfaction means nothing.
Mediacom, know that when a new service becomes available, and it will, your customers will all be running for the door.

Mediacom is the worst service provider - do not go with them. I called about the services I was receiving and wanted to get quotes for reducing my service. upon ending the call all my services were disconnected. I was then told I could drive 30 minutes to get a modem replace only to get there and be told no they could not. Next I get the equipment and it still does not work correctly -so I ended up telling them what was wrong with the equipment and service. The best part is they broke the service and then told me on 12/27/2019 that a tech was not available until Jan 8. The city of Mound and Minnetrista need to get this fixed!

besides that their service is about 2-3 weeks out constantly and they charge outrageous amounts for basic internet. If I had any other option I would go with them. I could write an essay on the difficulties and struggles I have had with this company but it would a futile effort as they seem content to be what they are.
