I just regret every second and minute living in Grand view please dont rent here

Grandview Terrace Apartments are very reasonably priced for all of the amenities that are available. Mound is a beautiful city right next to Lake Minnetonka and these apartments are walking distance from the town center. Maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly. I would recommend Grandview Terrace. Brian Votel

With the change in management here, the circumstances have changed emensly. A great place to live!

I been leaving here for a year is was one of my worst experiences ever scary place with racist peoples we suffer me and my friends gas trun off anytime package stolen police who came 10 times a week there Maitance guys came fixing stuff but is never clean after him we be leavings 3 days without a heaters in our apparement all type of racism action acussation on evrthing side eyes on us by the manager and is team package was stolen by a robber, and the police came 10 times a week. The maintenance guys came to fix things, but it is never clean after they leave. We have been without heaters in our apartment for 3 days, and our water was locked. We have been charged for utilities against our deposit, but we left on time. They charged us for cleaning, even though we cleaned the place ourselves. If you are black and respect yourself, never, never, never go to that placese that a robbery 400$ for cleaning something then we clean ourselves we have proff because i leave They charged us for cleaning, even though we cleaned the place ourselves.
