        I dont know what has happened at Tonka Plumbing lately, but I will never call them again. I have used them before, they used to be nice and prompt. But, not any more. I called two weeks ago requesting a visit. Molly was short and rude. I figured I knew these guys and they were nice, and she was just having a bad day. I called this morning at 8 inquiring when the guys will be stopping by. The answer was shorter and much rude(er) than the last time, denying the appointment. Despite the shortage of tradesmen these days, courtesy, honesty, and respect are still essential and required in your business!! Youve lost my business.
