I am visiting my family and we wanted to order pizza. My son said to try Sarpino's. We had to order by an app online. I ordered a specialty pizza and a pepperoni pizza. We picked up the order and got home and the pepperoni pizza had NO cheese and some areas of the pizza had NO sauce. I called as soon as we noticed the pepperoni pizza looked funny and the woman on the phone was so rude to me inquiring why there was no cheese that my son immediately got on to take over the call. Who talks to a customer so rude? Wow. So disappointed in the person who answered the call more than the mistake that was made. Btw.... who eats pizza without cheese? I didn't even think it would be a pizza without cheese??? I was never offered to bring it back to be corrected. Waste of money. It tasted horrible and dry. With no cheese it dried up like cardboard Couldn't eat it! Yuck!! We should be able to rate Customer service -5

I ordered a Greek salad, this order should have been a no brainer, a traditional Greek salad contains lettuce, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and feta cheese. Traditionally topped with a Greek vinaigrette dressing. I could make this salad in my sleep. So, when I ordered a salad to be delivered to my home I expected nothing less, unfortunately what I received was a joke. It was a box of lettuce, tomatoes and onions with Greek dressing. I ordered, extra pepperoncini peppers and didn't recieve a single one. There was no cheese, no olives and nothing that I asked for. I had prepared food at home to accompany my salad, and it is now sitting cold. When I called the store I was quite irate. With the crisis at hand I understand little slips, but when I asked the manager what came on the greek salad, he had to look it up. It was quite obvious that he has no passion for the food he is serving if THE MANAGER has to look up the ingredients to a recipe.. I am severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service presented by this Sarpino's. I will certainly think again before ordering from here again. I'm still waiting for my replacement salad. I recieved my replacement and it was made properly.
