We hired them to install some bathroom plumbing and drains. I will save you the read of the whole story and leave you with this. Go with someone else. Save yourself the stress and embarrassment of admitting you used this Guy. In the end the work was not done due to him demanding more money than agreed upon, which was 100% his fault. I finished the job myself. This job of installing plumbing and drain vents must have been new to his workers as it failed inspection 4 times. I have sympathy for them because I heard how Guy talked to them, and they did have the general knowledge to do the job so I have no issue with them. I hope they have found a new employer.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I wish I had read the reviews before we hired this guy. His talk was impressive. He was going to remodel our bathroom and it was going to turn out beautiful. We trusted him. The work was supposed to take 1 day. On the day he was supposed to start nobody showed up. The next evening someone else, hired by Guy, showed up. He was going to do the work, but could not come any earlier. He looked at the material we bought (at Guy's recommendation) and went to the store with us to return it and buy other stuff instead. We trusted him, and he actually did a good job installing the bath tub and surround. The problem was the timeline and the plumbing. Guy had said they would connect the drain, faucet, shower head, e.t.c.. When his worker was done with the tub (there was other stuff to do yet, but the tub was in) after over a week during which we had no bathtub or shower, he said at least I should be able to take a bath. I took a bath that night and it flooded the basement as a result. The next day he came back and helped clean up and fix it. He continued working. After a total of 10 days the job was finally done. We noticed that the faucet handles now do not have a stop anymore. They spin 360 degrees, the user has to guess at what point the water is going to stop. We complained to Guy, his boss, and he said they would come out and fix it in two weeks. We gave Guy a check in payment for the installation. Two days after we noticed water in the basement again. Since the leak is right above the main electricity panel it is not safe to take a shower or a bath. We contacted Guy and his worker, Tommy, right away. They texted each other (and included us accidentally). Tommy accused his boss of not getting paid all he was due and stated he could not fix our problem, that he told Guy to begin with that he did not feel qualified to deal with the plumbing. Guy told Tommy that it was his job to do it. - We tried calling and texting to talk to them to get a resolution, but did not get a reply. We now called a plumbing service. They will come out tomorrow to fix the problem. We stopped payment on the check. We will pay the plumber from that money. If anything is left (there should be) we are planning to cover the rest of Tommy's (Guy's employee) wages, that Guy shortened him out of. We are expecting that this will go to court.
