    I unfortunately have to give this company the lowest rating. I dropped my iPad off to be repaired on June 20th and was told it would be done in 3-4 days. I called 5 days later having heard nothing. Was told it would be done by June 27th. I called again on July 1st having heard nothing. After asking for a refund, I was told the service had been completed. The next morning when my sister picked up the iPad it was dead and not charging. The employee at the store (Tyler) told her he had seen it working, and so it must be 'really dead' that she should just take it home and charge it. It did not ever charge. She brought it back and was told they would look at it within the next 2 days. Multiple calls to check on the status resulted in the same answer. Tyler also told that the reason it wasn't complete was they had been waiting to hear from me. When I asked for a refund, since that was obviously not true, and I had completely lost faith in them due to their own dishonesty, Tyler had to check with his boss. Tyler and his boss Andy claimed that my sister was lying to me, and that it was charging when it left their store. When I said that I was really unsatisfied with the response, especially with the lies Tyler told me 'He is my boss. I stand behind him, and he stands behind me.' Well Tyler, it makes sense. You were willing to lie for your boss about why the work hadn't been completed despite my phone records to the contrary, so you were also willing to lie about the state the iPad was in when you returned it. So I stand behind my sister that the ipad was not working when she picked it up. And she stands behind me that this company is the worst.

    Had some communication mishaps the first time I visited the store, store leadership helped correct the problem though. Recently went back again for another screen replacement and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Much happier and glad I gave them a second chance! As hard as I am on phones in sure I'll need another screen and I'll be back for sure.

    Very unhappy, their service and customer service just a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get their phone repaired at either of their locations. Clearly they cannot repair phones; even though they say they can. Very disappointed with the outcome.
