Me and my partner are disabled, and had gone through three realtors before we found Merrie Bertrand at Kuhlman Realty. From the get-go, Merrie was 100% different than those other realtors. She didn’t try to scare us into buying everything we looked at, she didn’t try to make us think that everything would be gone tomorrow. She did, however, tell us the good WITH the bad, not just bend the truth or hide things. She understood how our mobility was not what able-bodied people’s were, and sat down and went over everything we needed. We immediately knew we had found the realtor for us, and even though we didn’t have to, signed on exclusively with her. We moved from a city, which was kind of scary to be back in a small town, and Merrie was so cool and laid back, and made us feel welcome. I won’t go into how much the other realtors were lame, but Merrie is the real deal! Professional, honest, efficient, and ON IT. We highly suggest Merrie Bertrand for your house buying needs!
