        Culligan is our service provider for our water softener. We had an issue with a component part, and were able to schedule same-day service. When the Service Tech was 30 minutes out, he called as promised. He arrived within the promised window, asked me questions on the water softener issue, diagnosed and addressed the issue, then explained what he did. He did not try to make an upsale and honored the warranty. Totally satisfied and impressed by this type of service.
