I purchased a pair of very cute wedges at this location a few days ago. The manager was working and helped me out. He was very nice and efficient. I work next to this store in the mall, meaning I frequently walk past it. I noticed today that the shoes that I purchased days before were now $10 off the price I paid. I stopped in and asked explained to an associate working my situation and asked if I could receive a price adjustment. He unkindly responded to me that he was unsure, so he ran to the back to ask someone. A woman came back out and I explained to her everything. She said they "don't really do that". She was rude about it and after I said to her, "So you're telling me I would have to return these shoes and repurchase them to receive the money back?", she copped an attitude with me and explained that because she knew that I was going to do that, she would not allow me to repurchase them if returned. I cannot STAND people who are rude, especially when you are a paying customer. I did not have the shoes with me at the time, but I am to the point where I am just returning them and buying them at another, different store altogether. People like that do not deserve my money. Rude and will not return!
