The Opus Group Corporate Headquarters

Opus owns 365 Nicollet and a connected parking lot at 315 Nicollet in Minneapolis. As a resident at 365 Nicollet making complaints to Property management at 365 Nicollet, Opus has not acted to secure the parking lot during evening and night hours. This has escalted into a block party with drug use, broken glass, loud music till 5am and just the past weekend two shootings on consecutive nights. Opus has not acted in any measureable response to proactive or reactively ensure the safety and remove these trespassers from the property. Their inaction has allowed this parkinglot to become a regular after party following bar close. They continue to provide a space for this activity without any repercussions to the people involved.

On Smith ave in the city of St Paul at 830 am, one of their construction trucks decided to stop in the middle of the road causing SO MUCH TRAFFIC!! This decision was obviously unnecessary as there was a parking space right next to the truck that they couldve just parked there and not caused all this traffic. Several school buses and city buses were stuck in this traffic. I felt so bad for them and everyone else who needed to go to places on time. They need to train construction workers to think of the neighborhoods they are building in before obstructing them. The building isnt even pretty at all. Just another boring apartment building.
