Previously I have appreciated the Aeropostale store for it's affordability, even knowing it's a hit or miss store for someone with my height. Yesterday I went in with my mum, and I tried on a few things which were to short for me, but that wasn't my problem. My problem was when my mum was getting disdainful looks and treatment from the staff. Guaranteed, she is a middle aged woman who was shopping in a teen store, but you don't treat people like that. If they wanted to make a sale, they would respect their customers regardless. Overall, I am not impressed with the customer service demonstrated at this location.
