Budget Blinds of Edina & Minneapolis

I was impressed with Steve’s shop. I needed a repair and called corporate, they said a shop near me would respond in 24 hours. I was hired to do this repair on a very large blind by there company, 3 mins after i hung up Steve from the Edina shop called, I told him what part i needed, he talked me thru where to find the manufacture product information. He had the part i needed and said since i was close to his shop he would drive it to me!!! Damn good service... He gets my referrals for blinds. Thanks Steve you saved me a return trip to my customer.

Today was a great example of the superior service BB of Edina & Mpls offers. I had a minor issue with one of the blinds in our home and sent an email asking for advice. Within 2 hours, they had come by, picked up the blind, had the issue resolved, and replaced it in my window. Outstanding! Can't say enough about our beautiful blinds and the outstanding service offered by this local team!

We had a great experience with Budget Blinds, Edina Minneapolis. Steve is knowledgeable, professional, fair, and helpful. He provides great advice. The product they sell is also high quality. Years, after we bought blinds we had a question and Steve responded with information and shot a quick video showing us how to adjust the blinds.

I can't say enough great things about Steve and the crew. We had automatic blinds installed in our condo back in April 2016 and since that time Steve has been responsive to any random questions or troubleshooting that needed to occur. His level of personal service is impeccable, even after the initial install. Highly recommended.
