Wish I’d heeded other recent reviews… scheduled a gutter cleaning and cleared my calendar for it… all for a no-show :( Multiple follow-up attempts (calls, email, chat) have gone unreturned. Avoid this company!

I scheduled a gutter cleaning today and they never showed up. I tried to email them, and call several times with no response. I took the day off work for this and I am mad!!! Unprofessional company, DO NOT USE!!!!

Two different appointments, two confirmations, two reminders and two no shows without so much as a phone call. Never replied to emails or phone calls. Would not recommend this company especially if there is a problem because you will not hear back. I would give zero stars if I could, the worst customer service ever. Had an appointment with an 11am-1pm arrival time. I emailed and called at 1:30pm and called again at 3:30pm. Their voicemail greeting is generic and does not say the company name. I have other things I need to do today and I am more disappointed that I did not get an update via phone or email that there would be a delay. I will update this if the situation has resolved but if not, know that they wasted my day, handled me and their business unprofessionally, and didn’t provide the service I scheduled them to do.

Made an appointment on their website on 3/12/2021 to clean my gutters. Arrival time 9-11am. I heard nothing from them - didn't reply to email, didn't answer their phone. Then at about 11:30am, they emailed me saying that they aren't open yet and don't know how their website was scheduling jobs. Ok fair, but not my problem. They asked if I wanted to be contacted about when they DO open and I said yes, and I never heard back again. Fast forward to today - 5/7/2021. I have an appointment from 9-11am. I heard nothing from them, no call/email/etc - they won't answer their phone. I have been duped a second time by this place. Completely unprofessional, not responsive - I question if this is even a real business? tl;dr - don't waste your time with these people.
