The fact that the owner can be rude or weird is what keeps me going back. Sometimes it's like being in an SNL sketch. If you get on her good side she is really helpful and I've got some good deals on outdoor gear here.

The lady running this store has the worst customer service and people skills. She will mistreat, disrespect, and outright insult you when you ask her for help. She also doesn't accept anything but cash. This isn't just an angry reviewer. I know others who have been there and they have said the same thing. I have been there twice and I've asked around because I thought she was just having an off day. She wasn't. This is just how she is. Terrible attitude to have in customer service. I am serious go some where else and save yourself the mistreatment.

the person on the phone was so rude, I would never shop with them. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Just don't bother. Really. I was kicked out of the store for not knowing how much gym shorts cost. Taken off guard when asked for a price point, I blurted out $10 -- what I imagine a cheap pair at Target would run. Apparently that was taken as an insult. Take your business somewhere with less of a chip on it's shoulder.
