Gives the Impression that it is a local business. It is really a call center in North Carolina. They quote a price but wait to tell you of additional fees until the transaction is almost complete.

Terrible service. Called three times, first two times the guy pretend not to hear me, even though I called a friend and checked to make sure my phone was working. Third time answers after ringing for over 20min, when he answered the first two time in under 5 min. Then he answers and says they have a 6 hour wait time. Don't let them tow you, if their customer service is this bad they will probably mess up the tow and damage your vehicle or worse.
