Shout out to this incredible talented team/staff at Anda Spa. Thanks to Erin for recommending the Ultimate Zen Ritual. Hands down best experience I’ve had in a long time.

I echo what others have said about poor communication. Ironically, after reading the reviews, I called the spa to confirm the appointment. Within the same 5 minutes, my husband received a call saying they had an unexpected absence and could only accommodate one of the two massages. They did offer us to use the spa for no extra cost, which is why I didn’t give them one star. We had booked a couples massage in advance and were looking forward to a night out. For a high-end spa, a notice more than 3 hours before our appointment is expected. There are so many other spas available in the Twin Cities with better communication and service. Before booking, I highly recommend reading recent reviews.

Always a great experience, very relaxing. Make sure to leave yourself enough time to make use of the other amenities as well!

I echo the poor experience another reviewer has mentioned with a "couples massage". I booked a couples massage 6 weeks prior to my boyfriend and I's 24 hour staycation at the hotel. After waiting around the lobby for 10 minutes, a receptionist comes out and says she's been meaning to call us and that only one of us can get a massage. The other person will have to pick a different service. Additionally, they do not offer couples massages. All of this information was dropped on us just 25 minutes prior to our appointment. I was the one that ended up taking the massage appointment and I was counting the minutes until it would be over! The massage therapist talked to me the entire time even though I made it clear I was just trying to relax and zone out. Post massage, I had bruises on my back, neck, and even forearms. I looked like I was beaten up! I emailed the spa a couple days after my service and let them know of my experience. They never even acknowledged my email. Having this sort of spa in what Amex categorizes as a "Fine Hotel & Resort" is an absolute disgrace.

It is definitely overpriced and not worth the money. The place is nice, but the tech I got for my pedicure was inexperienced and struggled to even get the gel polish off. Color selection was poor. The service took way too long. I was expecting more for the amount of money I paid. Not worth it
