Horrible experience! The staff was VERY unprofessional (especially the owner, Mel- he was rude and degrading). It took forever to get an appointment there, and once I finally got one, I waited almost half an hour before being helped! Dirty place and a huge waste of money. Do NOT buy any groupons, living social deals, etc for this place. I will be contacting BBB to report them.

I took my mom here for her birthday. They took really good care of us! The owner and staff are accomodating to my needs. My mom and I had massage, facials, mani/pedi, with Wine!! Loved it! Can't wait to go back :)

Was a huge pain trying to book an appointment. Finally was able to set up a time for a couples massage 3 weeks later. On the day of the massage, about 4 hours prior to our appointment, they called and canceled. Even though we had waited 3 weeks and they canceled last minute, they were unwilling to work with us and we were told the next available appointment was in 2 weeks. Perfect Getaway Spa is a horrible company. Be advised. Even if you find a good deal on Groupon... Don't go there.

On May 12, I purchased a Google Offer for $40 to receive an $80 credit toward spa services at this establishment. On June 16 in the mid-morning, I attempted to make an appointment via their online booking form. I understood the appointment I wanted to make was short notice (for later that evening), so after about an hour without any response whatsoever, I tried to call. No one answered, so I left a voice mail message. Again, I got no call back for what seemed like an abnormally long time. Over the next few hours, I tried calling twice more with no luck, so I made an appointment with a different spa. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with at the other spa had made a mistake and called back to cancel the appointment I had made. Once I received the cancellation phone call from the competing spa, I tried Perfect Getaway one last time. Finally, I spoke to a real person, but I wish I hadn't--she was exceptionally rude, completely unprofessional and so unpleasant to deal with that when the call ended, I could only gape at my phone for a moment while I comprehended the conversation I just had. When I explained my situation and the fact that I had been trying to reach the spa all day, the woman on the phone informed me that "we're short-staffed and the owners are out of town, so I've been trying to do massages and keep up with the phones all day and haven't checked any messages. So, [sarcastically] sorry." Then, when I said although it was short notice, I wanted to see if there were any openings for that evening, the woman scoffed and laughed at me. Following that conversation, I immediately contacted Google to receive a refund for the $40 I had spent. I refuse to patronize businesses who lack any kind of quality customer service whatsoever. I am appalled at the way I was treated, and I cannot fathom allowing myself to be vulnerable (in the case of receiving a massage) to someone who is clearly so angry and unprofessional.

This has been the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had in my life. If there were a "detestable" option that would be my vote. This whole venture started as Valentines gift for my girlfriend. When I first called to schedule an appointment, I was told that they had availability just a couple of days away, and that they would call me back. Of course I never received a call. After several failed attempts to get a hold of them, I finally reached someone to schedule an appointment. The next appointment availability was well over a month later. I wasn't very happy about this but decided I could live with it. Fast forward to the day before my appointment. I received an email that they had rescheduled my appointment half an hour later. Again, a bit annoying but I could manage. Then, on the day of my appointment, just an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment time, I received an email stating the appointment had been canceled. Not only had the appointment been canceled but they were "pretty well booked" several months out. What a waste of my time and energy. Don't waste yours. This business ruined my Valentines gift.s. A note to the spa if you read these, you won't be in business for long if you can't deliver even the most basic customer service.
