Worst move of my career. Commissions are non-existent, push you to sell, sell, sell and then don't pay out. Upper management back east just pads there pockets. They turn, churn and burn employees faster than any company I have seen in my entire career. Asked a senior in management to why there was so many holes in the commission structure. Let me go 8 days before Christmas. Customers get minimal help. Managers only care about signing the next contract and don't care about this thing called service after the sale. They over promise to sell you a contract and do the minimum on the delivery of service. Refuse there employees commission and I see one former employee is taking them to court. This entire company is a scam to take advantage of there customer base. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, you will regret it I promise. All 5 star reviews on this company were written by employees. The management does not care about your IT's well being. They will charge drive time, remote quick fix, and will charge you 30 minutes when it took them 5. Management only cares about what you are quoting them and how much overage they can charge you. STAY AWAY !
