Tony was phenomenal to work with- from his initial inspection and review of our roof to coordination with insurance, payment, crew mobilization, and final close out. We went back and forth to finalize details based on our insurance adjusters review and then timing for getting a crew onsite/ weather. A large crew came and hammered it our roof (literally) in one day. They did a great job cleaning up and providing regular status updates. I have to say that working with Bolechowski Construction and particularly Randy Schenk was a bright spot in an unfortunate situation (major hail damage from a storm in May). Randy's responsiveness and communications with me from start to finish were exceptional. I was never left wondering what was next and when the work would be completed. He was personally on-site making sure everything went per plan. I also appreciated his explaining the insurance process and taking care of all the administrative details (with the workers and the insurance company). 100% positive experience! I had a bit of a saga involving new gutters installed by a different company that were installed poorly. This was due to some structural issues with my roof that I needed to get fixed before the gutters could be installed properly (they shouldn't have been put up to begin with, but that is a different story). I called Nick to come just help fix the core gutter issue, but he helped me get an insurance claim for my aged roof which had some damages. It was a great service and we both won from it - I got a new roof (and my gutter issue fixed in the process) covered by insurance, and he got a bigger job out of the deal. Throughout the process, the team was professional and prompt, and so far I have no issues with the quality of the work, nor do I expect them. Nick Bolechowski helped me out with my roofing and window wraps when I was in a pinch. The well known company that I had been working with on my claim bailed on me and would no longer call or respond to my request to get the roof moving forward. (I believe it was because it wasn't a full roof.) Nick was willing to work with my insurance company and met with them. He sent the shingles into see if there was a match to my shingles. The shingles on my roof were no longer being made. Nick negotiated with the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. He also was able to to fit me into his schedule and had it done just days after hearing back from the insurance company. He is very communicative, caring and knowledgeable. His crew did a great job.
