Diamond Roofing, Remodeling & Roof Shampoo

We had a roof wash a few weeks ago. The original installation of a Decra roof was some 10 years ago. We live in a area with all the worst environmental issues (a lake/pond w/ algae), a treed property with junipers, and an overhanging oak with lichen on the the bark. We really kind of expected the worst. Chris came out and explained the process. Then came out a couple weeks later. Did a bang-up job. He cleaned off the roof and the gutter covers. Then shampooed to get rid of the algae and lichen. He also inspected the roof and said that there had been little or no damage from the lichens that loosened the sand/grit. Diamond spent 2 days with us cleaning our 25 year old roof, which had only been cleaned twice in the time its been installed-It now looks brand new; They did a spectacular job, were professional and prompt, and produced beyond my expectations. They used a non pressure shampoo wash that is much better than the ones we've had done before, as it now looks like new. I would highly recommend them and the service they perform. I cannot recommend Diamond Roofing more highly. We live in a very treed, 'woodsy' setting. Thus, our roof has become very dirty and mossy over the years. Unsightly, and made our house look worn out. Chris came out and spent a good amount of time discussing our wants and needs, and answered all of our questions. He was always very friendly and professional. We agreed to the estimate, and scheduled the work. The work was completed today, and all I can say is, "WOW!". I was hoping for a good result, but I don't think our roof looked this good when we moved in! (And we moved into our house newly constructed!) The roof truly looks new again. The work took many years off the look of the house overall. I also didn't expect the extensive amount of additional work in cleaning nearly the entirety of the exterior of the house. I am thrilled with the results, and I am glad to know someone like Chris for any work I may need done in the future. Highly Recommended!!
