I have been living at UC since the fall of this year, they sincerely have the kindest staff. They are more than welcoming and are always going above and beyond for apartment! Lisa is the most helpful when it comes to putting in maintenance request to fix something in the unit. Not to mention she is always so courteous about helping :)

I compared housing costs all over the UMN campus, and nothing gets cheaper than university commons. The office staff is super helpful, and the apartments are nice as well. I live in the shared 2-bedroom floor plan, and even with three roommates, it doesn’t feel overcrowded. We haven’t had a single maintenance issue since moving in, and it’s located in a relatively safe area.

Zoe was such a sweet guide and super helpful and patient when answering our questions. She was a great conversationalist and made the whole experience really comfortable for my friends and I. She was good at easing our anxiety and I would love to hang out with her after we move in :)

I’ve been living at UC for about 6 months now and I love it. You get so much more for your money here than anywhere else in the area. The staff is super nice, amenities are nice, and the bedrooms are pretty spacious compared to other places I looked at!
