The Arrow Apartments

Overall theyve got everything taken care of so fast and easy. I was able to move in I think like within a month of my processing. I liked it, the living space, bedroom, and kitchen was spacious. They always notify you before coming into your apartment and/or whenever elevator isnt working and/or anything suspicious. One thing that is a reason why I ended up moving out is because of no parking area like theres a parking garage but its limited and so we are force to park on like random streets to get into the apartment. So if you do move here its gonna be hard finding a parking space..

In my opinion (and from when I was apartment searching), the arrow apartments is the best priced apartment in the area surrounding the U of MN east bank side of campus (best priced in terms of quality, space, and proximity to campus). The rooms are spacious and some units also have balconies! The management and office staff are amazing and are quick to communicate things with us residents (as well as quick to answer any questions we have). In regards to maintenance requests, the main maintenance worker, Travon, is quick to complete the requests. The office staff also frequently host events where they hand out food and beverages; also, a couple that lives at the arrow run the apartments resident life instagram, and they frequently give out food/snacks and drinks to the residents. Overall, I have enjoyed living here, and I would recommend the Arrow Apartments to anyone searching for an apartment (whether a student or not)!
