Super unprofessional; took months for maintenance to fix a shower that wasnt draining and even received a notice saying it had been serviced months before it actually was. When it was serviced, they entered without a notice and did not leave a written note to explain why they were there. Super creepy to walk in and notice that things have been moved around my home without explanation before I realized that it was maintenance because they had FINALLY addressed the request months after I had submitted it. Maintenance also showed up one day without a 24 hour notice and claimed that they thought my unit was empty (I had requested a move-out notice a month prior but still had a little less than 30 days before i was supposed to vacate). THANKFULLY I was there when they showed up but that was by complete coincidence, I was supposed to be at work that day. Everyone is very uncouth, ESPECIALLY the people who answer phones

I was told the rental property is responsible for trash removal yet it states on the lease the renter is responsible.?
