I had the pleasure of working with Derek for finding my first home. I was very nervous to begin the whole process since things in real estate can go very quick, and there are so many realtors out there trying to make a quick buck. Not Derek. He worked with me throughout the entire process, and put my needs and wants before his own. He showed me multiple properties that were all around my price range and had just about everything on my checklist that I wanted in my first home. He was never unapproachable or standoffish in any way, shape, or form. What made him even better, was that I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction, one way or another. I cant thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication to finding me my dream home.
