Ben Johnson group did a fabulous job for us relating to the sale of our house. Ben came up with ideas to help us sell the house that we never would have thought of that were easy and low cost ( if any ) and added substantial value. They did a fabulous job marketing the house and guiding us through several offers. We never had to worry about things and it was all explained clearly to us. We ended up with better offers than we ever expected and the whole process was extremely smooth thanks to the Ben Johnson group. I would highly recommend Ben and his group to anyone. I have used Ben for multiple real estate transactions (both buying and selling). For someone as busy as he is, I am always impressed with the level of attention he gives his clients. He sold a very difficult to sell property for me, and was responsive and attentive the whole time.
