I can't say enough good things about the office and maintenance people. They have nothing but cheap rent, attentive and caring office staff, and great maintenance staff. I plan on renting from Cady Management for as along as I'm in the market to rent. I recommend anyone who recognizes value in their rental home to look here first.

First off if you are looking for employment with this company, DON'T DO IT!!! The owner Shannon is corrupt in the fact that she will deduct hours from a pay period if it goes over what she says you are allowed to work and this is illegal. I found this out the hard way, Next She could care less about you like in the way she treated me after I stuck up for myself when some black kid decided to call me a racist name. Instead of sticking up for me, she decided to terminate me all the while saying, "I don't need your kind representing my company." also like when she was suppose to supply me with an attorney which i demanded from her when I was getting brought to court for trespassing some drunk and he filed a harassment charge against me and she denied me my attorney. The owner is very corrupt and should not be allowed to have this business. This apartment is okay, but from when I worked for her, I found out the in and outs of certain things, and things she is doing are not right. I would recommend finding somewhere else to move if possible.
