Noko

I was interested in touring Noko but after learning they don't show units that are occupied prior to lease signing, I lost interest. While I understand this protocol for pandemic times, it's important for me as a future tenant to be able to see the actual unit I would be living in ($1800/month in rent I don't take lightly, I wanted to make sure the place was perfect after leaving my long-term current rental). This would have been a big move for me, and I am disappointed at their customer service. They seemed more interested in cancelling my scheduled tour rather than working with me to figure something out.

The most convenient living situation I have ever had. Apartment is great, friendly staff, cool amenities. Above a Lund's, liquor store across the parking lot, and 3 different spots to grab a cup of coffee (not including the free coffee bar in the lobby). Don't move here if you're allergic to dogs though, every resident has one. Also be ready to spend a stupid amount of money at Lund's every month. It's just too convenient not to use.

The staff here is friendly, responsive and take pride in keeping our building clean and safe. The amenities are beautiful and the location couldnt be better. Within a 1-3 block radius, we have access to lake Nokomis, walking trails, parks, a golf course, grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

I highly recommend NOKO Apts to anyone looking to live in an upscale urban environment near parks, lake and walking trails just as advertised. The forecast for tonight is 27 below zero. I have warm, indoor parking and dont have to worry about pipes freezing, Ice damns or any of the other hundreds of issues homeowners have to deal with. I am comfortable and snug in my spacious apartment. The Noko Staff, without exception, is friendly professional and responsive to every question or concern. Ive lived here since early July and they definitely earn the rating every day.
