    I recently moved to Vesi in Minneapolis after living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for five years. What can I say? The attention and care from the management team here have been exceptional - from assisting with the placement of my Haul pod to setting up my apartment. The building itself is truly gorgeous, and the staff, including Kayla, Sam, and everyone I've interacted with, are simply wonderful people. I can confidently say that I am delighted with my move to Vesi.

    Don't make the same mistake as me and ruin your experience of living in North Loop by renting at Vesi. The amenities are nice and location is good, but it is a cheaply constructed building (you will hear everything your neighbors and the people above you are doing), management is unresponsive, unprofessional and not helpful in any way, and security is lacking (you will experience multiple garage break-ins). We had issues with the people above us partying at all hours of the day in the middle of the week...the floors are so thin, it literally sounded like they were in our apartment. After trying to work with management for months to fix the problem and them doing nothing, we decided our only option was to move to a different unit so that we could actually sleep at night (they would not let us out of our lease early despite doing nothing to fix the problem). And they charged us higher rent after we had to move to a different unit because they did nothing to remediate our issue...what a ripoff. There were at least 3 garage break-ins during the year that I lived there. Management was completely unresponsive and did not even notify residents of the break-ins. I had my car rummaged through and reported it to the office...they did not even acknowledge my message or follow up at all. I don't know what they do all day in the office, but it's not anything to help the residents or improve the experience of living at Vesi. Please don't make the same mistake as me and live at Vesi. There are so many other great properties in the North Loop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

    Management is absolutely non-attentive to concerns. Security is sub-par. Stealing of tenants belongings are on-going with no intervention from the apartments. Walls are paper thin a for a luxury apartment. I moved into a nearby apartment 2 years ago for much less money and am never looking back.

    Sadly we are moving out of Vesi due to ongoing issues with our AC which does not work in our Master Bed/Bath. We love our apartment and the amenities but the lack of responsiveness and urgency from management has left us concerned about how they would handle future issues that may arise. We were told it was a design flaw and after trying two other solutions which did not work, weve been told that the only remaining solution available to us is installation of a ceiling fan or living room blackout blinds so that we may sleep with the bedroom door open. The bedroom can get down to 58F on a cold night and stays above 75F on a warm night as the windows do not open, so we consider this a serious issue. We had positive interactions with maintenance staff themselves (thank you for trying, Chaz and DQ!) but it seems that management would rather shift the problem to a new tenant rather than invest to fix the problem. We reported this four times over the 15 month term of our lease and wish we had the energy to push a little harder as weve since received legal advice that this is a serious breach of Minnesotas heat requirements that apply to all landlords during winter who have a legal responsibility to remedy this. Were writing this review in the hopes that anybody touring asks the right questions about AC and considers bringing a room thermometer to check for issues incase you happen to be touring our apartment. Such a shame as it is a beautiful building but we felt like our concerns were handled poorly. There were several other (more minor) issues that came up during our time where we also did not receive a response or follow-up from management. Weve asked twice now and are still yet to receive any guidance on move-out requirements. Looking back on other tenants reviews it seems that we unfortunately arent alone on our experience.
