EDITION

EDITION has been the best apartment living experience for my wife and I - by far! We've lived in a few apartments around the Twin Cities, including some in downtown and nothing compares. The apartment is quiet, modern, and comes with beautiful views and amenities. Being right next to US Bank Stadium is a lot of fun during Vikings season. There are lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby, along with perfect access to every major highway and the lightrail. The only thing missing is a hot tub! The real difference is Rick and his team, all the positive reviews are well deserved! We are looking forward to renewing our lease this summer.

I was very disappointed when faced with COVID-19 and expecting twins that Edition ownership didnt offer any flexibility in being able to end our lease early. We asked about 6 months (When we found out we were expecting #2&3) prior to our lease ending if we could work something out and hoped there could be an attempt for another tenant to move in making it a win-win. Unfortunately, we had to move to another place for our safety and pay out the remaining months of our lease as the ownership was unable to offer any flexibility to us. Or even attempt to see if another tenant was interested. If you like to live downtown in a place owned by robots this is just the place for you!

Right from the start, Rick's professionalism and wealth of knowledge were evident. He meticulously showcased the diverse range of floor plans and outstanding amenities, ensuring that I gained a comprehensive understanding of the property. Rick's contagious enthusiasm and warm demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. He attentively addressed all of my queries, showcasing his profound comprehension of Edition Apartments and the unique benefits they offer. Their leasing consultant, John, took me to all the rooms available for showing and made sure that all my questions about the room was explained, and any concerns addressed. Absolutely love this apartment! Rick and the management team are amazing! The whole process of moving in was very stress free. If there is any concern or issues, it is always addressed in a timely manner. Very quiet and well kept apartment complex. I enjoy the different activities we have such as book clubs, trivia, potlucks etc. The amenities are great and so convenient as well! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.
