        We had a crack in our mainline a couple months back and shopped around to get it fixed. Genes had the best price, response times, and just overall good vibes. We mainly communicated with Eric and Craig - they answered all of our questions, were great to deal with, and the actual job was done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Genes!

        Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away. Service: Sewer repair
