Grace was very friendly and easy to work with during the shoot. She met me at the door of the building, got me into the studio, gave me advice on several outfits and jewelry, and then let me try different styles out on camera. She made the hour fun. Makeup took an hour, so be prepared to devote a significant part of your afternoon to this process, if you choose to go with photo + makeup.

KelliComm Headshots has its business fully squared away. From ease of appointment online, customer services, quality of product, ease of payment - everything. As someone living in the convenience of the suburbs, I hate driving down to Minneapolis, but I am glad I listened to the reviews and the pictures online. My headshot turned as good as a I hoped and even better. The picture is nice and bright and of excellent quality not dull and bland as I have seen many others online. Especial shout out to Grace, who made me feel extremely comfortable and broke out jokes to ease me into my natural smile. I will be coming back in the future for update and will refer others.
