        I had a good experience and actually got to talk to a human in less that a minute. Even though the product they distribute is on back order they were helpful. It’s not really their fault when a manufacturer makes a product unavailable.

        I was very upset to learn that they offer no help for people that need the medicine they manufacture that can not afford it and have no insurance.

        Tried to contact Paddock Laboratories, inc. about availability of a product of theirs that every pharmacy is telling me they cannot get until November (it is now mid-September) and was unable to even have their website respond. Tried their supplier Phamaforce, Inc. in Ohio and that was an exercise in futility. Call the number and it says to see the website for availability and the website under availability says call the same number. This is concerning an Rx that I take regularly. Stay away from this company they have zero customer service.
