Bellhops

Ive used Bellhops twice and had great experiences both times! Brandon and Diamond were wonderful - Brandon confirmed the move time with me beforehand and was a great communicator. Diamond was incredible, lifting our heavy chairs with ease. We were very pleased with both of them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

So far this move has been nothing but problems. I have been unable to reach my move coordinator Anna because shes always out of office and for a few weeks did not even return my email. Our Bellhops showed up this morning and they have nothing!!! No moving tools-not even a dolly!!!! I had to go find a shopping cart in our apartment for them to use. This is what I paid $5000 for?!!? They do not have any tools to take our beds apart, but they advertise they do. This whole experience has been nothing but a flop for us and Im just hoping my stuff arrives at my new location in 1 piece and is not all scratched and torn. I would give this place 1 star but our movers are nice people. Overall HUGE disappointment and I cant believe I paid $5000 for this long distance move. I would not recommend Bellhop to anyone. Save your money and find a moving company that actually does what they advertise and actually has to tools to make moving easier. Service: Interstate moving

Maxwell R. and Brandon W. were absolutely lovely and an amazing team! We were super impressed at how quickly, carefully, and neatly everything was handled. They made it so easy! Cannot thank you guys enough, as you made such a loathsome task much less burdensome. Thank you, thank you thank you!

We could not have been more happy with the service we received from Bellhop movers. We called THE NIGHT BEFORE our move in, desperately needing help to unload our Uhaul. Customer service was awesome and found me movers right away. That night I got a text from our moving team lead, Keith Taylor, confirming our reservation. The next morning Keith and his assist, Matthew Lahtinen, arrived EARLY and unloaded our truck in under 30 minutes. It was amazing. And to top it off, they were super nice. Billing with the company went super smooth and we were charged the base rate we were quoted with no extra fees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bellhops Movers!!!
