Neal was a fantastic person to work with on our way to renting a house! The whole 'dream team' worked very hard to get us into a house on our timeline! Neal answered all of our questions promptly and honestly and really made it feel like he was on our side. He got us the best deal possible and worked with the homeowner to reduce fees for our application, pets, and to get us a flexible move-in schedule. Despite being busy with his practice, Neal made time for phone calls and emails to help us from the application all the way to the move! I highly recommend Neal and his team to both renters and rentees! Amazing team to work with after move in as well!

Neal and I first met 5-6 years ago, when I lived in my first house and dreamed of owning a second. He was open, helpful and supportive from the start. Fast forward through renting the house and 2+ years of self-management; now the Dreamteam has managed it for me for nearly 2 years, and I couldn't have imagined calling anyone else to take over for me. I'm elated with their service (both the 'product' and literally their communication, attention and humanity). Neal, Reyan and the entire team consistently go above and beyond! In the first weeks of 2023 Reyan coordinated troubleshooting a brand-new refrigerator with our tenants, resolving their request and saving a warranty/service call. I fully, highly recommend and am grateful for them... especially with my personal experience; being out-of-state while renting a single-family house.
