        Dr.Lewis is unprofessional and doesn't listen to patients symptoms. She's had me on 3 mood stabilizers that made me depressed and sucidal. I ended up being hospitalized for five days and they too me off all of them saying I was over medicated. I can't get my perception filled because she hasn't updated my new med list. I've been diagnosed with ADHD since I was three and she won't medicate me for it. I was also told she prescribes medical marijuana which is not true. I am in the process of changing providers. I would give the clinic zero stars if I could
