High turnover. I've had 3 doctors in 6 months which resulted in me having to come in 5 times in 1 year instead of the normal 2. Make you jump through hoops so they can bill you for more visits. Very poorly managed, I'll be changing clinics ASAP!

Dr. McDonald has been my doctor for years. I followed him from Duluth. By far the most personable Doctor I've ever met. I hate not being able to see him anymore since I relocated.

I normally don't write reviews, but the Medical Professionals, and Dr. Barrett are completely ineffective. The nurses are great, but the physicians are terrible. One Doctor will say one thing, and another will give other advice. Just horrible, and professionally negligent. This is what I wrote to my doctor after 4 weeks of unresolved/undiagnosed back pain:
I just want to convey how completely disappointing and ineffective your service has been as a medical professional. Living with a medical professional, and being the child of two mental health practitioners, your shoulder shrug method of inaction is professionally unacceptable. I also do not like the admonition as if I'm a narcotic seeker, as I understand the implication and took a prescribed medication from one of your associates as a last resort after 4 weeks of intense pain and taking every piece of medical advice you've offered.
I can absolutely say that this has been a disappointing experience across the board with implications on my personal and professional life. I will be filing a grievance and making sure that I let my insurance company, the North Memorial System, and online review boards , as this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
