As someone who has chronic neck and back pain, I am picky when it comes to finding a new chiropractor. (I have been to over 8 different chiropractors in my short 21 years of life). I began going to Dr. Mancini last fall and will not go to anyone else in the Twin Cities. Dr. Mancini is extremely knowledgable and kind. His combination of muscular and skeletal work have me feeling better than I ever have in the past. He has wonderful machines in the back room that stretch and strengthen the muscles in your neck and back to prevent his adjustments from slipping out of place. He is on-time, his schedule is extremely flexible, and the staff are friendly. I am so grateful that I found someone in my area who I can trust wholeheartedly.

Carolyn Excellent everything else BEWARE. 1st Carolyn is awesome. She actually knows the body and gives ways to improve. The fact that she could tell i drink a lot of water based on how my muscles break down great. 2nd - I had a HORRIBLE experience for my boyfriend with Cheryl. When I booked his massage, they did not tell me who it was with or ask any questions. although there were only 2 spots open at that time and we took them. When my boyfriend got into his massage he was told to keep his clothes on based on her preference. This should be told prior to booking. I would not spend $90 on a massage with clothes on. She asked if he had pain anywhere he said his back and neck. She kept him laying on his back the whole time and never really worked into those areas much. When I sent an email to follow-up it took over a week to get a first response, which the person just acknowledged my note and never follow-ed up when they said they would. I had to follow-up days later to give times to call me. Again they didn't follow up. Once they finally followed up their resolution is they said they talked to Cheryl about how to be better with customers, but did not even address any of my concerns and I could have a free massage. My boyfriend was pretty turned off and doesn't do massage often, and wouldn't go back, so i asked for SOME money off. The customer service person proceeded to argue that they didn't need to inform customers they had to keep their clothes on, or that the incident made my boyfriend feel uncomfortable during his massage. Finally after a feel more emails she agreed to refund me. Guess what over a week later and no response to follow-up emails, no refund.
