        Not your typical income restricted housing in that residents know each other socially. Although I haven't lived there, I knew several of the residents through the former nearby Starbucks including neighborhood activist Ray Perry. Plymouth Church, right across the street, is handy resource for food or spiritual needs. The former Starbucks on Nicolet/Franklin a block away was a major neighborhood hangout. Unfortunately, that location attracted incredible street indigency and aggression that ultimately closed the store. Finding out specifics of Lydia online is difficult, you basically have to call them directly for info like unit size and availability.
