Locked out of our house - left all the keys inside! Quantum had done previous work for us, so phoned them straight away. Reg (?)) arrived in a few minutes and calmly set to work. Not an easy job, but we were back indoors within the hour. Brilliant, professional service. Highly recommended.

I emailed late on a sunday night after our front door lock broken in the locked position. A reply came within minutes and by 11am the next day the lock was replaced. Reg was polite throughout and explained what he had done and made suggestions of how to stop it happening again.
