Outstanding service - so much better than Uber, Lyft, or even a taxi, and reasonable prices too. Luxurious vehicles, always reliable, and experienced & friendly drivers who you know have been properly vetted.

We had 7 women with 7 bags, I requested a transfer to and from the airport. I made sure to tell them that we are women we pack a lot. Unfortunately they showed up in a SUV. I was not happy because 2 of our party had to drive to the airport and park down there which was a stressful way to start a vacation. Bright side they didn't charge us for our whole trip which made it right and better. We were able to compensate for the airport parking and her stressful drive to the airport. Just a side note 5 is the max for the SUV.

Great Customer Service, Professional, Friendly, Courteous. During the COVID-19 pandemic it soon became impossible to fly my 90 year old Mum back home from Florida to Canada as the Canadian airlines had shutdown all their flights. The only solution was to fly her to MSP airport and find a way to get her to the Canadian border, as the border was closed for me to enter the US to come get her. I had called various ride services in Minneapolis to discuss my situation and did not find any company able to grasp the urgency of our ordeal, but that was until I called ReliaCar. ReliaCar understood the situation and went that extra 'mile' to help coordinate the complexities of arriving at a closed US/Canadian border. The ReliaCar Driver met my Mum at the baggage claim and provided professional, friendly, courteous customer service which helped ease my Mum's travel anxiety. After a safe, five hour highway journey, I rendezvoused with the ReliaCar vehicle at the border. I then took over the next hour of driving her home.
