The Autism Advocacy and Law Center were such a huge help in establishing guardianship for our son. They made a very intimidating process smooth and stress free. They answered questions for us, as well as our almost 18 year old, and explained the process in great detail. Our attorney, Christy, was responsive and on top of needed paperwork so that the guardianship was in place for his 18th birthday. We are planning to use their firm for additional services so that we can ensure that our son has everything in place as he gets older. It is very comforting to know that we have a resource to answer questions and provide legal assistance as we navigate life with an adult child on the spectrum.
